In order to facilitate smooth administration of Pusat Tuisyen Impian Insan, we have set down the following rules. We hope these regulations will further enhance teaching and learning process in this centre.


  • All tuition fees should be paid by the 5th of each month.
  • Names of students who fail to make payments will be notified to the teachers.
  • Teachers will not allow such students to attend classes.
  • If students fail to make payment for 2 months the centre will stop the student from attending classes.
  • The Centre will send a reminder letter to the parents if tuition fees not paid s for 2 months.

Other fees

  • Registration fee of RM30.00 for each student for maintaining student record.
  • Study materials RM80.00 for year 1,2,3,4,5,6.
  • Study materials Rm80.00 for Form 1, 2, 3 and for form 4 & 5 RM20 per subject.
  • Receipts will be issued for all payments, fees paid are not refundable.
  • Monthly fees should be paid in full even if a student fail to attend classes unless on medical grounds. If a student is absent for more than 2 months, fresh registration is required with the payment of registration fee.


Parents/guardians should make sure that their children attend the classes without fail. Changes in time-table will be informed in writing, or by telephone or sms. Students who decide to leave the tuition centre may do so by filling up the relevant forms.

There will be no classes on public holidays. These classes will not be replaced nor will rebates be given.

Dress / Dress Ethics

  • All students are required to dress in proper manner.Short pants are not allowed.
  • Students are not allowed to wear gold or expensive ornaments to the tuition centre.


  • All rules are regulations of the Centre should be adhered strictly. The management will convey the problems to the parents concerned. Disciplinary action will be taken if the students repeat the same mistake again.
  • Parents/guardian should inform changes in telephone number or address. So that the management can keep them in contact.
  • Students should not damage the centre’s table, chairs. Damage to the building is a serious offence.
  • Smoking inside & outside the class is strictly prohibited.
  • Students are not allowed to bring food, drinks, tit bits or chewing gum into the classroom.
  • The use of hand phones are strictly prohibited in the classes.

Change of subject/time table

Students who wish to change their time table or subject should inform the management, so that changes can be made to facilitate the students.


It is the responsibility of the parents to take home their children after the classes. The Centre won't allow strangers to meet and take the children. Parents should inform the centre beforehand if others were asked to meet their children.

Teaching and Learning

  • Parents can meet the teachers to discuss their child's progress with permission from the management. All subject teachers will explain their children’s attainment.

Students are advised to adhere to the following instructions.

  • Be well mannered in and outside the class.
  • Properly dressed.
  • Should be present in the centre at least 5 minutes before the class commences.
  • Should have all the writing materials and modules.
  • No eating and drinking in the class.
  • Do not wear expensive ornaments to the tuition centre.
  • Use of hand phone in class is strictly prohibited.
  • Do not damage the centre’s properties.
  • Do clean the whiteboard, switch off the lights and arrange the table & chairs after the class.
